CDF provided predevelopment financing for this project, which involves construction of 57 housing units affordable to those earning 60% or less of the area median income. The development will be marketed to LGBTQ seniors so that John Arthur Flats becomes a home where they feel safe, welcome and valued. Plans call for residential amenities including an on-site fitness center, community room and supportive service office space.
